This couple chose to carry on a family tradition by having their cake iced with Italian Buttercream icing, the same
type of icing the groom’s parents had on their cake, made in Philadelphia, many years ago. The technique, while
tricky, was quickly mastered by the Designer, to produce the beautiful and delicious icing finish you see here. Tiny
flecks of real vanilla bean highlighted the buttery icing, adorned with handmade Royal Icing flowers.
