This chocolate lover's dream consisted of sour cream chocolate layers with chocolate silk meringue buttercream icing. Chocolate-dipped strawberries, fresh red roses, chocolate curls and chocolate truffles are nestled between the tiers, supported by hidden pillars. Each layer is finished with a border of chocolate truffles.
