Blue Sky Cake Designs

This butter cream cheese iced centerpiece cake featured a petal pattern base, on a silver petal platter created by the designer and trimmed to the bride's specification. The middle cake layer was of homemade red velvet. This centerpiece cake featured handmade gumpaste roses, created by the designer, which were then hand painted with pale pearl blue and ultra sparkle pearl dusts. The gumpaste roses, used for decorative purposes only, may be saved as a souvenir of the wedding day.
